We are a busy small team of stylists that do our best to accomodate you on time. We expect that of you too. We request you give us at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours will be subject to a $50 fee applied to the card on file or  a fee that will be charged before you are able to book another appointment.

Any appointment missed is subject to the full service value charged to your card on file or before you are able to book another appointment.

We are human and understand that life get in the way and so do emergencies, so this will be left to the discretion of the owner.
